What amenities are included at Village Stays Ulmarra?
Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and comfortable living areas. Bedding, toiletries, towels, tea and coffee are all provided. The Bungalow has a full kitchen and the Apartment has a kitchenette.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Ulmarra is around 40 minutes by car to Yamba and around 30 minutes to Wooli or Minni Water where you can also enjoy the Yuraygir National Park.

Is parking available at the properties?
Yes, both the Bungalow and Apartment have one free private parking space available.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
